GR-1 is Fourier Intelligence's first general-purpose humanoid, launched July 2023 in Shanghai. The 165 cm / 55 kg bipedal platform pairs electric actuation with 40 DoF, six RGB cameras for 360° vision, 11-DoF hands and a predefined motion library covering twisting, squatting and gripping (newatlas.com).
When the production version shipped Fourier described it as "the world's first mass-produced humanoid"; the company sells GR-1 into research / education, concierge / guiding, exhibition entertainment, industrial production and logistics, healthcare and rehabilitation, security inspection, household service and companionship. A successor GR-2 launched October 2024.
