Xiao Tuo is the first humanoid from Guangdong-based industrial-robotics vendor Topstar, unveiled at the company's 2025 Global Open Day on 12 September 2025 (newsgd.com). The wheeled platform is designed for injection-molding production lines.
Key design: four-wheel steering with 360° omnidirectional movement, modular construction that lets the body and arms fully detach — split at the waist for service tasks, run each arm independently as a humanoid manipulator. Compute: a self-developed AI large model with 3,352 TOPS combined with Zhipu AI for reasoning + adaptation. Equipped with 3D cameras and AI vision-inspection systems for sorting, tray loading, material handling and screw assembly in injection-molded part workflows.
