K0 is ROBOTIS' open-source AI Sapiens humanoid — the Korean robotics veteran's first entry into the bipedal humanoid race. The 130 cm / 34 kg chassis carries 23 DoF (6 legs + 5 arms + 1 waist) driven by Dynamixel-Q QDD actuators (14 QM-060 + 9 QM-080) with a 6 TOPS NPU and a 46.8 V / 9 Ah battery (humanoidsdaily.com).
Fully open-source — hardware BoM, CAD files, source code and simulation assets — K0 is positioned as a Physical-AI research baseline for reinforcement learning in NVIDIA Isaac Sim and leader-follower imitation learning. Full release scheduled later in 2026.
