Cleo’s performance capabilities
The presenter introduces Cleo as Engineered Arts’ latest-generation Mesmer robot, built for entertainment. Its features include tracking and mimicking faces, with a focus on expressive performance. Cleo sings excerpts from familiar songs.

Film impressions
Cleo performs dialogue associated with films, including Kill Bill and Aliens. The presenter recognizes those impressions and asks for a harder example; Cleo then delivers a speech about the destruction of a library by Caesar.
- 3:34
Movement beneath the skin
The presenter shows Cleo without its outer skin and points out moving shoulders, clavicles, fingers, wrists, and a neck that bends in four places. These motions work together to create fluid movement, including a shoulder shrug.

Reach and shoulder movement
Cleo can bring its arms around its body, touch the side of its head, reach back, and swing its arms forward. Five rotations in each shoulder enable this range, while finger movements allow precise contact.
